Appointment Policy

Office visits are by appointment to minimize waiting and assure plenty of time for a thorough examination.  Walk-ins are welcome, but will be seen after scheduled appointments.  True medical emergencies are seen with the utmost priority.

In a hurry?  No time to wait?  Outpatient admission is available just for you and will get your pet seen as soon as possible and home to you before the day is over.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

In Case of an Emergency

In the event of an emergency during office hours please call ahead if possible so we may prepare for your arrival and give you directions for emergency management.

For after-hour and weekend emergencies, please call the main number at (505) 396-7387 (PETS) for directions on how to proceed.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.  A deposit is required for outpatient admissions and hospitalization services for new and infrequent clients.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks.
